I’m a certified personal, professional and team coach. I spent 20 years in corporate leadership and now I’m all about helping women create their biggest, boldest, most unapologetic life.

I have my own very personal journey with Traumatic Birth, PTSD, PMDD, Problematic Periods, Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Fibroids, Hysterectomy, Menopause, Burnout, Parenting and Career.

I’m a big believer in talking loudly about the hidden experiences of womanhood. Exposing what we’ve normalised, and shining a big damn light on the stuff that makes people squirm.

My mission is to help women who are feeling overwhelmed, alone and stuck to feel clearer, more confident and with a genuine sense of agency over their lives and their health.

I work with women in a few ways. I only work with a small number of women at any one time to ensure I give you what you need, and also to protect my energy.
